Frequently asked questions
What happens if I'm late for my booking?
We kindly ask for punctuality: we hold your table for up to 25 minutes after the confirmed time. After the first 15 minutes of delay, we will contact you to confirm your arrival. If we are unable to reach you, if the reason for the delay is not justified, or if you tell us of a delay well beyond those 25 minutes, management reserves the right to place the booking on a waiting list or to cancel it, especially at the restaurant's busiest times.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. The booking system itself, Dish, lets you change or cancel your booking directly, without needing to contact us.
How do the booking sittings work?
Terroni works with lunch and dinner sittings. The available sittings depend on the day chosen, the number of guests and the restaurant's actual availability.
Can I book for a large group or with special requests?
Yes, let us know during the booking process and we'll take it into account.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking in advance, especially at weekends and during peak season.
Who manages availability and confirmation of my booking?
They are handled directly through our online system, Dish Reservation; you'll receive confirmation automatically once you complete your booking.
